"The hotel is in a perfect location. It's within walking distance of all the shopping and restaurants, while still offering quiet rooms where you can sleep at night without too much noise.
The room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was decent.

"The price overall was ok for the property. However, there are few details like the lack of electrical outlet beside the bed, there was one outlet near the TV which by the way if you wanted to see the TV and charge your phone simultaneously it would not be possible!!
Hot water was only available for the shower and it was not connected to the sink!
The worst thing was the Wi-Fi, you literally needed to stay near the door to get signal!
So, if you are ok with all the above then you might like it."

The staff speak English well and they were very friendly and helpful.

"Lovely stay with friends, great rooms - huge, spacious, good facilities and bathroom products. Great location in Trabzon, walking distance of djoos, gd douk, restaurants.
Small negatives - i emailed twice before visiting and never got any response. For one dinner i had a half sized salad, nut hot charged full price 😕

Very close proximity to the city centre and the location itself is phenomenal, looking towards a stunning valley. 1.Security problem - This hotel is composed of 3 houses. Everyone outside can get into because there's no security check or gate door. The main door of the house we stayed was ruined that we couldn't lock. There're many CCTV in the hotel but no staff staying to monitor the screen. You usually get two rooms in a little apartment style with all the silverware, glasses, plates and pots, every piece of utensils as clean as your own house. Rooms have private laundry machine, clothes rack, iron, ironing board, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. This place is like renting a full blown apartment flat."
