Designed for maximum comfort, it welcomes families and groups in an elegant and relaxing mountain setting. From the ground floor, the attention to detail is evident: a large ski storage area, a functional laundry room, a spacious games room equipped with a television, and a sauna that invites relaxation after a day on the slopes. On the first floor, a bathroom with separate shower and WC serves a bedroom with six single bunk beds and direct access to the terrace. Two double bedrooms, one with an external entrance, each have their own en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. A third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and WC completes this sleeping area, along with a cozy mountain nook with two single bunk beds, ideal for children. The top floor reveals a magnificent master suite, equipped with an elegant bathroom including a shower and bathtub. The spacious and bright living area is arranged around a central fireplace, a cozy lounge, a wine bar with a climate-controlled cellar, and a fully equipped kitchen (two refrigerators, a small freezer, dishwasher, and microwave). Two dining areas, one with a corner bench and the other with a large rectangular table, are perfect for sharing pleasant moments with family or friends. At the front, a large covered terrace extends the living area, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors year-round. At the rear of the chalet, a second terrace—spacious, paved with lauze stone, and harmoniously landscaped—offers an intimate and tranquil space, ideal for savoring the peace and quiet of the surroundings. This unique property perfectly combines modernity, authenticity, and absolute comfort. An exclusive retreat, designed down to the smallest detail, for a unique and unforgettable alpine experience.
