### Charming renovated studio in the mountains, pets allowed

The "Agence de la Forêt Blanche" invites you to discover this charming recently renovated studio nestled in the mountains, offering a soothing view of nature and larch trees. Bathed in gentle light thanks to its east-facing orientation, it features a balcony perfect for enjoying the fresh alpine air.  
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to four people, this cozy retreat includes a convertible sofa bed (140 cm) and two single bunk beds (90 cm). The bright living area is equipped for your comfort with a television and a modern kitchen featuring a Nespresso coffee machine, an Airfryer, a combination microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.  
The elegantly designed bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and a heated towel rack to ensure your well-being after a day in the mountains.  
Located at the foot of a ski departure point from a green slope (Chemin des Italiens), the apartment also enjoys an ideal proximity to the first shops, just 200 meters away.  
A true invitation to relaxation and comfort, for a stay in the heart of the mountains within a preserved natural setting.  
End-of-stay cleaning not included, and household linen available as an option—please contact us for details. Pets allowed. All our rentals are strictly NON-SMOKING.

Residence ideally located at the foot of the slopes in Vars Les Claux, with direct access to the green slope 'Chemin des Italiens.' Situated in the Plateau du Fournet area, in the upper part of the resort, it is also close to shops and the 4-seasons luge. A prime location to fully enjoy skiing, mountain activities, and a comfortable, convenient stay.
