Good location and friendly staff, Lois recently remodeled. My room door had plenty of sand in the floor.

It is a good no-frills option in Beverley Hills and close to UCLA. Rooms are ok - beds pretty good, bathrooms are new. There's no restaurant and not much else besides coffee and flavored sparkling water. But it was convenient and not a bad price. Be careful getting parking - the garage is closed on weekends and you have to go into an office building and get let in by a security guard to get your car.

The property was in a very populated area with lots of shops, restaurants and nightlife (if that’s your thing). The studio was very clean and there were no issues at all. Unlike hotel rooms, I could not hear what was happening right next door, so it was quiet as well. I would stay here again.

So mixed feelings about this place. I called ahead that i would be there a bit early with medication that needed refrigerated. They said no problem if we have your room available you can check in. When i got there they tried to charge me. Guy was very rude. Room was excellent. Very comfortable, large, soaking tub, quiet and beautiful. No complaints there. Other issue was no disabled parking and where I had to park was not safe to walk to hotel, stinky and no walkable path with luggage if by yourself. Absolutely ridiculous and not sure how they legally get away with it.
