We were very disappointed with our stay and regret the amount of money we spent on this hotel. The hotel was poorly maintained, and the breakfast was below expectations. During breakfast, the staff repeatedly cleared our plates while we were still eating, making us feel rushed to finish and leave. Vehicles were constantly parked directly in front of the hotel entrance and lobby, apparently without any enforcement or supervision from the management. The parking facilities were inadequate and poorly organized, making it difficult to find a space and adding unnecessary inconvenience. Another major issue was the air conditioning. It was noisy and failed to cool the room properly, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. The biggest disappointment, however, was the pool and beach area. Both were in a very poor state. Many of the sunbeds had bird droppings on them, and the pool was visibly dirty, with sand clearly accumulated on the bottom. I have never stayed at a hotel where the pool and sunbeds were so neglected and unclean. What was particularly misleading was that the hotel's promotional photos did not accurately show the condition of the pool and beach areas. If these areas had been presented honestly, we would definitely not have chosen this hotel for our holiday. Overall, the hotel did not provide the quality or standards we expected, and it was not worth the price we paid.
