The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great recommendations for lunches and dinners. The hotel room was very clean and spacious for our needs. The hotel was in a great location. It was very close the train station and rental cars. Also there were several restaurants within walking distance. They do not have parking, but there is a garage that the car rentals are in that is public parking as well. This is a family owned hotel. The breakfast was great.

This lovely hotel is located steps from the regional train station, but it’s still a wonderful area. So convenient to the Fontaine de la Rotonde with all its cafés, shopping, tourist information and on specific days, the open markets. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is spotless, the shower is beautiful and easy to use.
A terrific bed to come home to after a day wandering Aix-en-Provence. I would definitely return here and will be recommending it to others.

Overpriced for the state of the property and service - shower was broken (which we reported and the staff simply forgot to report for maintenance), limited amenities (paper cups provided for tea/coffee), average customer service, room was next to a main road which was very noisy (not the hotel’s fault but when everything else was so average the noise was pretty frustrating).

Quirky fabulous
Out of town by 15mins in a taxi, this made the trip more expensive as €30 euros each way to the main streets La Rontonde. Also Saturday lunch choice was super small compared to the delicious menu on the week days.
