“My husband and I have booked many VRBO properties over the years and Zabrina was the BEST hostess of all the properties we have ever visited. Her attention to every detail of the property definitely made our stay the most enjoyable. She told us she just wants to offer a place for people to come and relax and have nothing to worry about. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay you must give this property a chance. We will be visiting again soon...as long as it isn't all booked.”

“The checkout process was very simple! We enjoyed our stay! It was cozy and a nice, quiet location. The hot tub was wonderful and clean as well. The stock of wood was a nice surprise and plenty for the three nights we stayed. Also, there were some sweet treats, which the kids loved. We were close to everything, too, so it made traveling easy. The tiny house just needs a deep clean and we found a mouse stuck on a trap, with a lot of mouse poop in the cupboards. ”

“Was a great couple months during winter. Had what we needed. Was cozy and the wildlife around was great to watch daily. Would book again. On negative temperature nights it got a little chilly but was sufficient. Driveway during snow was tough but all in all very happy with Eagles Peak Cottage!!”

“We stayed for 9 nights at this property in the center of Franklin; it is brand new and was very clean. It is within one block of four great restaurants. A store that rents bikes for many of the area trails (we rode 5 miles along the Allegheny River on a paved trail to Belmar Bridge) is just over a block away. A store with great olive oil/balsamic vinegar options is across the street and also sells authentic gelato. There is a brewery about 1/2 block away. We also traveled to Conneaut Lake (just……
