“This is our second stay at this home. We love the peaceful setting. The pool area is perfect hang out location no matter the weather as there is a covered area in case of rain or in case you have had too much sun. The golf car is so nice to have for a easy ride to the beach. We loved the fact that there is a garage with a plug for our hybrid car. The home is so comfortable and well stocked. Though our dogs love lounging in the pool area and chasing the lizards, it is a bonus to also have...

“All good things to report. Super clean. Newly updated inside. Nicely decorated. All the amenities needed were on hand. Very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to historic downtown so didn’t have to pay for parking every day. The host, Trevor, was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Next time we visit St. Augustine we’ll look to stay there again!”

“Communication was very easy and incredibly fast. Property is updated and very clean. Walk to beach is convenient and close by. House provided everything we needed - we made a couple meals from scratch and had all the kitchen accessories needed- including sharp knives! We brought our three teens and some of their freinds- property gave lots of room for us to all spread out. Definitely recommend! ”
