Agretta Sea View Apartment

Agretta is a spacious and bright sea view apartment overlooking the famous main square of Vernazza. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 1 large kitchen complete with all accessories, 1 spacious lounge with 2 windows that open onto the main square and the sea. The living room has a double sofa bed. The blue decorations on the white walls give the apartment a fresh and marine touch. There is a great WiFi!
The bathroom offers a free shower, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel.
The apartment has no air conditioning but the rooms are cooled by fans: one of the bedrooms has a ceiling fan, the other has a wall fan. Another fan is installed in the lounge.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building and there is no lift (as in almost all of the Cinque Terre with a few exceptions). Although the staircase has low steps, the apartment should be chosen by guests without walking difficulties.

Perfect location and great view!

This place was a perfect spot for cinque terre! The check in and out was easy and the host communicated well and met us at the property! The space was great for our family and the view was perfect! Thanks and will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful stay!

This apartment was just as described — very practical, with a gorgeous view of the town and perfectly situated in the center of Vernazza. It was immaculately clean, well put together, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were so warmly welcomed by the host, who made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty and charm of Vernazza.

Great apartment!

The apartment had everything you need for a fantastic vacation. It is very large and the view is amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the fish toilet seat made me smile every time I went into the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved Agretta Sea View

We loved everything about our stay. Our host Alessandro was great. Communicated regularly, helped us get our luggage up the four flights of stairs, and had great suggestions of places to eat, things to do. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Vernazza is a great spot—we hiked to Monterosso and trained it to the other villages.

Perfect place

Beautifully positioned, this wonderful apartment overlooks the vibrant harbour and postcard village square. Comfortable chairs, generous in size, well equipped kitchen and great bed made our stay perfect. Our host welcoming and not far away if necessary. Recommend to anyone.

Fantastic Vernazza Apartment

Was very lucky to get this wonderful apartment directly on the village square at the beach front. Absolutely the best location possible. Vernazza is gorgeous and this apartment gives you a chance to soak in all the ambience. Check in was smooth and Allesandro was extremely responsive and helpful. A compete booklet on the table explained everything including hiking trails, restaurants, WiFi etc. Vernazza is the most beautiful of the 5 Cinque Terra coastal villages. The apartment is right where the famous hiking trails between the villages start and end. Couldn't be better!

Easy short walk from the train station. Great location close to restaurants, the harbor and shops. Everything in Vernazza is walking distance. Host greeted us during a prearranged time period. Great views. Very hot weather.

Great location, clean and comfortable

We loved our stay at the Agretta Apartment. The view was great, and we enjoyed sleeping with the windows open to take in the sea air. Alessandro, the host was very attentive and met us right after we arrived on the train. From Vernazza we were able to travel easily to the other four villages on foot and by train. This was a spectacluar destination. We found some great dining options in town and we can't wait to return.

Best place ever

This is such an incredible place to stay at. I almost don’t want to tell anyone because I want to have it all to myself! The picture actually do not do the place justice. It is spacious, comfortable, and so well organized and decorated. And the location is so amazing. And the views from the room….I feel like I left my heart in Vernazza! The host is super helpful and communicative. Awesome experience

Gorgeous View- Great family stay

The description is very accurate. We had plenty of space for our family of 6 with the two bedrooms and sofa bed. We stayed in July and not having A/C wasn’t really an issue other than there was a concert in the square so it was a bit loud but otherwise you hear the ocean…which is a treat. Check in was easy and accommodating to our schedule as it was raining when we arrived so they did their best to get us in a little early. There are several restaurants at your front door and a cafe for coffee too. Great stay in a welcoming town!

Location, Location, Location

If you love beauty, views and culture, this place is great! It does not disappoint. The views are even better than the webpages show. You are right in the heart of Vernazza on the harbor next to all the shops, restaurants and about 100 yards from the train stop. WE visited all 5 villages and Vernazza is our favorite with Monterosso coming in second. The property manager is fantastic, helpful and easy to text. The only downside is there are stairs to get up to the top and there is no AC, but the sea breezes and fans make a big difference. We loved it and would stay again. Gratzi!

Memories of a lifetime

This is a special spot and staying there after the crowds leave for the day makes this well worth the effort of getting here. This property provided sanctuary and security in a very popular and sometimes busy place. The rooms are great and the beds are fantastic. We stayed for 2 days here on a family trip to Italy. The only thing we didn't know was how to work the coffee percolator. We later discovered we were missing the coffee basket. No problem we figured it out. Check in was aided by the hotel upstairs who know the owners and were able to help us get the keys. We were able to use the washing machine and dry our clothes on the clotheslines. Despite the hustle and bustle of the square during the day, at night and in the very early morning hours, it is very quiet and all you hear are the sounds of waves and sea birds. We would definitely return to this property again. Hosts were extremely responsive and everything was as advertised.

Beautiful place in Vernazza

Best View in Vernazza

There are a couple things that everyone should know about this property. It has the absolute best view of Vernazza, it’s spacious, clean, has excellent WiFi, and the host is very friendly and had great communication. It isn’t perfect, but if it was, it would cost a lot more. First, you have to go up 3 flights of stairs to get there. Frankly, if you’re in Vernazza, you’ll go up a lot worse stairs than this, so it mostly likely won’t be an issue for anyone. Second, there is no air conditioning. We were there in a hot part of the summer, closed the shutters during the heat of the day and had everything open at night and it was perfectly fine for us with the breeze coming off the ocean. It is idyllic in the mornings and at night when it is cool out, the crowds are mostly locals and people staying in the town, and you can enjoy coffee or wine at the windows. If you have older kids that can swim, grab a bite to eat, or run around independently, it’s a perfect place to watch from above and enjoy the scenery. I will always hope to stay here when I am in Vernazza. It can’t be beat.
