Check in was a nightmare - almost an hour and the staff were rude. Bathroom was a joke. This hotel is stunning. The rooms were so clean and beds were amazingly comfortable. The pillow service was a nice surprise. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. All in all it was a magical stay.
