A localização é boa, lugar tranquilo, pessoal da pousada é gente boa, a comida, as instalações, tudo ok. Mas o quarto que ficamos é pessimo. Não é aconchegante, falta decoração, paredes piso rodapé e janelas sujas, precisa de mais cuidado e reformular os quartos com acabamento e decoração para ficar algo mais agradável de estar. Mas atende pra quem só quer passear e não liga para o ambiente.

We cannot wait to come back! From the wonderful, pleasant staff to the delicious food and super clean resort, my family had the best time here. It’s so close to the beach if you want to see the ocean, but also enough pools if you want to stay on the resort. The area is very safe during the day and I loved how close it was to the down town area.

Great hotel. Nice beach access. My only complaint is the lack of vegetarian options in the restaurant aside from salad, food can get repetitive that way. Amazing desserts, though. I was very please by having the Luck company representative on site. They organized my transfers and local tours.

The cleanliness is good, but the people are very dirty and rude. They leave glasses everywhere, eat by the pool, and no one says anything. There were cigarette butts, fruit, and used condiment packets on the sand and tables near the pool. They need to better control the people or clean more often.
