Located in Victoria’s Old Town district, Cityzen is only a block from the waterfront and borders Canada’s oldest Chinatown. Walking the streets of Old Town takes you back in time to brick façades and the city’s culturally rich beginnings, while connecting you with the city’s most-loved downtown locales. There is parking available on the street and a parking lot available across the street. You can download the ParkVictoria App to make parking even easier.

From expansive windows to a comfortable deck, this condo beckons the outdoors in. Urban-inspired, wide plank flooring, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances add a contemporary feel, while heated tile flooring in the bathroom adds a touch of luxury to your everyday. Need to do laundry? Not an issue, there is a brand new washer and dryer located in the washroom with detergent available.

To work or relax, there is a wall mounted 43 inch Roku TV with a host of channels. The Roku App will allow you to stream media and control the TV. There is also unlimited Wifi available at up to 150 Mbps for work, movie streaming or just googling.

But while the fish-and-chips remain first class and summer cricket games still enliven Beacon Hill Park, the days when Victoria was more British than Britain are long gone.
