Our stay at Cliffs Edge Retreat was nothing short of extraordinary. Perfectly located in the heart of Newfoundland, it served as the ideal home base for exploring everything this breathtaking province has to offer. The property itself is beautiful beyond comprehension — perched on the edge of nature’s masterpiece, with sweeping views that make you pause and just take it all in.
From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the peaceful surroundings and the thoughtful details that made our stay so comfortable and memorable. Whether it was sipping coffee while watching the sun rise over the cliffs or unwinding under the stars after a day of hiking and sightseeing, every moment felt special.

The hotel lobby is strikingly beautiful when you first enter. They have a two-space restaurant and a club lounge. I had access to the lounge which was extra luxurious with snacks, hot and cold drinks, breakfast and dinner appies. When the lounge was closed one day, I received a voucher for the restaurant's buffet. The doors locked in the evening so you needed your key to enter. It felt very safe. The hotel is located at the end of all the action and it was about a 25 minute walk to the other end of downtown, but easy to uber/taxi (5 mins). I would highly recommend the Sheraton and would stay here again!
