Family-Friendly Oceanfront Home, Home of the Cupids Iceberg!

10/10 Excellent
"We had an amazing week at Harry John's House and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The house is comfortable, full of Newfoundland charm, and the view is simply incredible. We spent hours sitting outside watching the fishing boats come and go from the harbour, and on our very first day we were lucky enough to see a whale breach just offshore. That alone made the trip unforgettable! Our host was friendly, welcoming, and always quick to help if we had any questions. The weather didn't completely cooperate, the fog and clouds hid the sunsets most evenings, but that's Newfoundland, and it didn't stop us from having a fantastic vacation.Cupids was the perfect home base for exploring the area. We really enjoyed visiting the Cupids Legacy Centre and the archaeological site, and we loved taking a short drive to Brigus to wander the beautiful streets, have dinner at The Quay, and listen to live music at The Convent Bar. We also spent a day in St. John's enjoying the festival and all the activity, but it was always nice to come back to the quiet and peaceful setting of Harry John's House at the end of the day.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We left with wonderful memories and would absolutely stay here again."
