We had the suite which was a pleasant surprise upgrade. The hotel was easy to find, quite small but offered some where to sit and have a drink of you wanted inside or out. The rooms were nicely decorated and the bathroom was nice, clean and a good standard. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. There were bedside lamps which were handy and charging points for your phone etc. It had a tv and a seating area. A hair dryer was provided which was a nice surprise. The air con was a huge success as it was very hot. There was no breakfast Option but there was plenty of choice around it . Complimentary tea coffee etc and biscuits. We would and will return and I recommend this hotel if you want a nice clean hotel in this area. Everyone was very friendly and helpful which is always a bonus. It was also good value for money in my opinion.

Vastly over-priced and surprisingly tired for a relatively new hotel - in room fixtures and amenities felt cheap for the price point. Overall service was very mixed (check in process was not helpful, overall service was slow, the check out process was a lot more friendly)

Location exceptional. Staff very polite and helpful. Room was squashed and old fashioned with a smell of smoke and a noisy fire sensor and aircon. Overall I would stay again as location is perfect.

My partner and me stayed for one night. This place has great potential but they need to work on several areas. It was very clean the room was very nice and the air con was spot on. Negatives breakfast. Yes it’s a bonus getting a breakfast in a London hotel but this was very poor. No hot water in morning so no shower which was very very disappointing. No explanation as to why . Barman in evening when we returned after watching London show not particularly receptive . A bit of courtesy goes a long way. In summary lots of things to be improved but with a bit of effort this will be achievable

"Hotel was the worse I’ve stayed in. I asked for an iron and was told it was their policy to go to another hotel to use their iron! No tea or coffee in the room and when I went to reception to get a coffee in the morning the machine was out of order. And the bed was like sleeping on a plank of wood! ..."
