Eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit ist, dass einige sehr leicht zu reparierende Dinge nicht aufgegriffen werden, wie z. B. ein kaputter Türgriff (der Haustür) und das Fehlen eines Duschvorhangs, sodass der Badezimmerboden klatschnass wird.
