The brand new, cosy and stylish 2-bedroom apartment is a perfect possibility to spend quality time with your family or friends in Vienna. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Pet-friendly!  
  
Please note that:   
\-> smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited;  
\-> access only by stairs.   
  
The apartment is managed by the Austrian company DwellBell.   
We specialize in short-term apartment management and take care of your rest.  
  
This place is equipped with everything you need to have a good time. Bright bathroom, hotel-quality bed lines, comfortable sofa and private working space, soft lights, calm neighbourhood — everything you expect to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is located on the first floor.

\- Pets mustn't be left unsupervised   
\- Guests should bring own towels to wipe paws   
\- Pick up after your pet   
\- Pet damage policy is applied if the rules get broken   
\- The damage policy is applied in the amount equal to the repair / extra cleaning fees according to services needed to exclude damages   
\- Visitors with pets are not allowed  
  
• An additional 30€ fee is charged for accommodation with a pet.  
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.  
• The guest must observe cleanliness and carefully treat the things provided  
• Quiet hours: from 22:00 till 08:00
