We actually stayed at the Graben twice over a ten-day period - we took a three-night diversion to Salzburg and Bavaria. Both times were excellent, with spotless rooms, helpful staff and plenty of restaurants, both within the hotel and in close proximity. Best of all the Hotel was an ideal location, steps from Stephansplatz, the main shopping concourse, museums and other attractions. We'll definitely stay at the Graben again.

A beautiful, well-appointed hotel in central Vienna close to restaurants, shopping, and museums. My room was on the smaller side, but still comfortable with a window facing an interior courtyard. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The on-site breakfast was incredible - a wide array of morning treats suitable for any appetite. Overall, an excellent hotel and I would stay again.

Great stay, and a nice little hotel. The Graben hotel location is unbeatable. St Stephans cathedral, Hofburg palace, great dining and shopping are all an easy walk, and minutes from the Graben hotel front door. UBahn (Stephansplatz station) is a 5 minute walk, providing easy access in minutes to the Museums Quartier, Schonbrunn, the Prater. Breakfast was standard, but good quality (cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, eggs, sausages, bread and pastries). All in all a nice little hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.

This is an ideal hotel central. Saint Stephen Plaza and walking distance to everything. 30mins. Taxi and same metro. One stop change at central fir st Stephen plaza. I have stayed in this hotel five times the staff go beyond expectation.

Excellent location - The hotel is situated close to all the attractions in the 1st district. The room and bathroom were very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was OK - primarily a selection of breads, cold cuts, and pastries. They had hard boiled eggs and sausages. This was the only disappointing aspect, but otherwise a great place to stay.
