We had a wonderful time at Mercure Vienna! The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Oliver, who checked us in. He was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel!

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Location was central. There is a deli near by which had a fantastic selection so we felt the breakfast wasn’t worth the extra spend. There was tea and coffee facilities and a mini bar / fridge in the room.

Good size quirky room. Convenient for main sights. Helpful staff. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Only issue was the room was next to the lift and there was quite a lot of noise from this and some noise from other rooms. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Great location, with easy walking access to the subway, bars, shops and all the main sights. No complaints about the hotel at all, just make sure you have your dancing shoes to learn the waltz in the corridors!
