Location was amazing. However this is the best thing I can say about this property. When I asked about the bathrobe and slippers that were in the amenities I was told due to budget cuts they don’t offer it anymore. When I asked about the laundry service I was informed they don’t work with that company anymore. So we had to go to a laundry mat. Aside from that it was ok. We were placed on the 4th floor and for some reason the the towels on rolling racks and lined up in the hallway. Very odd as it’s the hallway others have to enter and exit to get to the elevator.

We had a terrible start with this hotel, though things improved eventually. At 2:30pm on the day we were checking in this hotel, I received a message from this hotel that they were overbooked and had to change us to another NH hotel nearby. This is really upsetting because I told this hotel that my wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and they even acknowledged my request 2 weeks prior to our check-in. Also, I chose this hotel specifically for its decor and style, which the other NH hotel didn’t have. The last minute “change” had left us with no options. I was “forced” to go to the other NH hotel (NH Wien City Centre). When I got there, the manager Thomas was super helpful and considerate. He offered us an upgrade and waived the breakfast fee for our entire stay, and he was able to move us back to NH Collection Wien Zentrum the next day for the rest of our trip. He even offered to pay the taxi for our move the next day. Thomas turned this unpleasant experience into something I appreciated. The next day we moved back to NH Collection Wien Zentrum, the staff were welcoming. However, the room (facing west) was quite hot. We tried to turned on the air conditioning but it didn’t work. We checked with the staff and the best they could do was to give us a fan. The temperature was ok at night, but when we went back to the hotel in the afternoon for a rest, it was hot. Overall, the hot room was spacious and clean, and the location of the hotel was very convenient.

We absolutely loved our stay at the NH Collection Hotel in Vienna. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely and much-appreciated surprise. The room itself was fabulous — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The location is unbeatable, right on the main shopping street and perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. This was our third stay at an NH Collection property, and once again it lived up to our expectations. We always enjoy staying with this chain and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Budapest

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in December 24, a very nice hotel, wonderfully located in the heart of Budapest, close to the Jewish Quarter and public transportation. Clean hotel, large rooms with everything you need for a pleasant stay, the hotel staff is very welcoming and cordial, a very varied breakfast with a selection of options, all delicious and well presented, wholeheartedly recommended, reasonable price for the value, I will definitely recommend my friends to stay at this hotel

Great location huge rooms

For city center hotel the rooms are huge they felt like a suite in most hotels. Big desk to work on full living room and even an amazin balcony. The hotel is in district 7 which is probably the most accesable district to center of Vieena 2 stops on orange line and even walkalbe if you like. Also I think 7th district is one of the best nieghboorhoods in Vienna in terms of shopping dinning nightlife much better than center

Great hotel at an excellent location.

Great hotel in a excellent location. Right in the middle of Mariahilfer shopping and dining area with easy access to public transport and within walking distance to Inner Stadt where a lot of the museums & palaces are. The service was amazing and the room was comfortable for a our family of three. Price was amazing too! Only complaints were the bed was rock hard and the bathtub had and awkward design where the tub door interfered with the bathroom door. Also very tall bathtub that could be dangerous for children/elderly. Overall, would definitely stay again.
