Great apartment size with plenty of amenities, set in a wonderful neighborhood that gives you a break from the tourist crowds while staying super convenient to the inner district and train station. The only minor downsides were a somewhat noisy AC system and decor that felt a bit tired and lacking in charm, but overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Our stay was excellent! Place was easy to find from main train station, in which we just walked for about 8 min. We were welcomed by a very friendly staff (Josef). Place is equipped with kitchen needs (except food of course..lol). I must say though that they have a decaf coffee too if requested! Check out was easy peasy! Kaweh was nice to advise us that we can also leave our keys in the slot where we retrieved the keys from checking in (I must have missed that from email). Thank you for a relaxing stay at Pakat Residences!

It was s walking distance from all major sightseeing and a short U bahn ride from Schönbrunn castle. We loved the views at sunset, the quietness of the whole apartment complex. Judith welcomed us at check in and have us great ideas of restaurants to enjoy local meals with the locals.

The room was clean and well-equipped. It took us only 10 minutes to walk from the main train station (and all downhill!). Check-in was very smooth. The location is pretty good. It's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest U-Bahn station, which can quickly get you to all the highlights of Vienna. The hosts are very responsive through messages. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Vienna! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The apartment was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully furnished, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was fantastic—convenient to public transportation and within easy reach of Vienna’s incredible sights, restaurants, and cafés. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city while still giving us a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. The host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Communication was easy, and we always felt well taken care of. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vienna. It made our trip even more enjoyable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
