Centrally located, rooms were spacious and clean, good value for money but don’t expect this is a hotel; it’s more like a youth hostel. Reception only opens half day (check in only until 3:30pm) and we had a hard time reaching out to the staff..no one replies any email before arrival.

I stayed for a week and the temperature inside was uncomfortably hot the entire stay. I had the windows open the whole time with a fan running, but the temperature inside was always much warmer than outside, even at night. I was supposed to receive a code by email for check in, but did not receive code. I had to call a number to get my code. The information card in the room indicated that no internet code was necessary, yet it was password protected so I had to call again to get the code. On my last night, the power went out in my room. I called to report it and the power was restored in about an hour. Sometime after midnight someone was ringing the buzzer to my room. Finally, I read the detailed instructions about the hotel before arriving. I noticed that it said that some upper rooms require going up stairs. I wrote a message to the hotel through Expedia asking for a lower unit. I nevwr received a reply from the hotel. Sure enough, I was in a room that required carrying my luggage up the maximum number of stairs possible.

Check in was confusing with more than one lock box. We arrived at 240pm but had to wait for the key dispenser to activate by 3pm ( room ready guest waiting - unremarkable) Television had some increadibly irritating narrator always on “volume 12” , xyz show - cant touch rhe control withoutbthe tv talking

All good but clarify check-in details

Everything fine except check-in instructions should note the keybox is up the three smallxflights of stairs, as there are three keyboard; one outside, one, inside, and the correct one, several flights up. Friendly cleaning staff, TV good for media, and coffee maker appreciated!

We never received a email with our check-in code and had to call support. It took calling 4 times before we got through to someone. The property was also extremely hot with not air conditioning. I would not stay here during the summer. I also want to mention that the luggage storage was accessible by all guests and I would be hesitant to leave any valuables there.

I liked it was cozy, welcoming, easy to access, clean, and the area around is beautiful. What I didn’t like is that it was too hot inside with only a very small fan in the room, also sometimes it was too loud in the area that i hear the music noise inside the room.
