What a delightful place to stay in Vienna. The location can’t be beat and the room was cozy and comfortable (yay AC!). The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was exceptional. I am usually reluctant to eat breakfast at the hotel, but I did 3 of the 4 mornings because it was so good and reasonably priced. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff was lovely and the location was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable enough for 3 the only downside was the AC was making a sound and not as strong as we would’ve liked but overall would stay again.

Nice cozy room with an incredible stand up shower. But no coffeemaker for solo travelers. Sure, there’s one in the lobby for use anytime-but I like coffee in bed before leaving my room for any reason. I asked and that’s their policy which feels a little against solo travelers (we have enough oddities as it is while traveling). Otherwise a comfortable, very simple place in town.

The room was clean; water & coffee provided. Champagne in the mini bar (didn’t partake). Didn’t eat breakfast offered, but dining room looked lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Was told room would only accommodate 2 but the two convertible couches are clearly meant to be used (there was bedding inside of both) which ended up requiring me to reserve another hotel for our additional travelers unnecessarily. Tiny bathroom that worked great for the person in the room who was 5’4”; the others, not so much. Clean linens, free library, candies, pastries in lobby. Easy check in. English speaking team at the desk was appreciated. The desk isn’t staffed 24/7 but the check in directions were easy to follow. A pleasant stay - would stay again if I could see the bathroom layout of the assigned room since we are all >5’9”. Close to downtown, secure, elevator, quaint. Coordinated airport transportation for US upon checkout. Enjoyable stay. 9/10

Didn’t purchase breakfast. Location is good. Staff is very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Nice shower and sink, though no shelf to place toiletries. Lighting in room was not practical, with funky fixtures. No real sitting chair. Try to get a street facing room; otherwise backside rooms are darker with minimal light.
