Firstly the hotel is on a small hill and takes about a 10mins uphill walk to reach. not too bad if you don’t have heavy suitcases to trawl. The check-in was easy and quick and as we travelled in the quiet period, it was all pleasant. the room was average size the balcony facing the sea was wonderful with views of the sea and mountains. the room however had dust piling up around the surfaces, the shower head was broken, the bathroom looked like it needed a though clean and the bedsheets had some discolouration. you get what you pay for so not a big deal. The total disappointment was the very very basic breakfast! not worth it at all. very limited in choice and was of poor quality. no fresh juice, cold boiled eggs, toast which you had to make yourself in the sandwich press machine. one star for breakfast but 4stars for view. The hotel is in great location but needs a little TLC and care to bring it to life!

Beautiful setting and the villas with a pool are perfect.

No lunch or dinner onsite only found out when I checked in so did not eat anything for a whole 24 hours. The rooms had nothing in the fridge. No tea or milk so was disappointed

Very clean and orderly. Staff very friendly and courteous. Breakfast options plentiful and tasty. Relaxing pool area with comfortable beds and great shade if needed. Wonderful views

This hotel has 5 star staff in in a 3/4 star setting. The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed but the sea view room should have been described as a side sea view. The breakfast was typical of a package hotel with hard working but disorganised staff. The main swimming pool was excellent and easily the highlight of our stay. We felt secure with the lifeguard Niki who was friendly and very welcoming. The hotel gardens are extensive and well kept. The greeting from Christina on Reception was warm and informative but the departure with another reception college was remarkable in its efficiency with zero interest in our weeks stay. One aspect of the 5 star hotel we found disappointing was that not all guests received drinking water without extra payment!
