This two-storey property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, accommodating up to eight people in great comfort. The vast 5,000 m² park, planted mainly with pines, includes a private pool and a tennis court. When you leave the property on foot, you are in the heart of the resort and only 30 meters from the beach. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, a washing machine, and a dryer. Two baby cots are also available. This holiday rental offers a fenced pool, a garden, an outdoor terrace, and a barbecue for your enjoyment. Public transport is within walking distance. In the surrounding area, you can visit Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime, as well as the Massif des Maures and the Estérel. Three enclosed and private parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the house. The property provides guidelines to help you sort waste correctly, with further information available on site.
