The positive points I will share about this hotel is the customer service, the person at the front seat was courteous and profesional. When we called to ask if we could cancel our stay she asked what out concerns were and offered to change our room, when we let her know that we would not be comfortable in this type of hotel she agreed to refund our payment. We received the refund within five days.
