The staff was very friendly, though English was limited. We arrived early and they checked our bags until the room was ready and they arranged a private tour of the Centro Historico of Mexico City. Their restaurant was excellent. We did not take the breakfast option. We took the free shuttle to our flight the next morning.

Estuve solo una noche, parece que hubo una cancelación de un vuelo y llegaron todos los del vuelo en ese momento. El personal de recepcion fué muy rápido, solo que si se notaba que estaban estresados. "Alan" fue el bellboy que me ayudó desde quenllegué al hotel fue super amable y profesional, tambien el chico que me ayudó en la mañana solo que no recuerdo su nombre.
