Quiet hotel, friendly staff and in a great location. Comfortable room. My air conditioner leaked water the whole stay so I had to place towels on the floor. Not a big deal. Would stay here again.

Great for the price and very clean hotel and rooms. Most of the staff is very nice. Downside is the beds are hard, water pressure is not the best and the shower head would leak.AC didn’t really blow cold air which was not a problem since it was cool outside it was more to circulate the air as a fan. There seems to be always some kind of work being done to the hotel so expect there to be noise in the day. Given the fact it’s a cheap older hotel I think it is good for the price.

Overall it’s a good place because it’s very central, located nearby zona rosa and the the independent angel: nice areas in the city. Beds are also very comfortable. Walls are too thin- at times you can listen people in other rooms. Staff is average, which is surprising because everyone else was so friendly in Mexico.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! My towel was accidentally taken during housekeeping and when I notified the front desk, they were very attentive and ended up finding it the next day! That said, the rooms were always well cleaned each day. The area is also very convenient as multiple things are nearby. The only note I would leave is that the buildings in the area are a bit on the older side, so consider booking with an open mind -- our AC/air conditioner leaked multiple times, but the front desk was notified and took care of it.
