“This is a terrific hotel. The room was spacious, the bathroom excellent and it had a fridge/mini bar too. There was ample free parking, the breakfast was super (including delicious hot scrambled eggs and bacon) and the staff were incredibly helpful. We also had dinner here and the set menu was excellent value and very tasty.
We will certainly return and many thanks to everyone for making it such an enjoyable stay.”

“A unique place! The building is of 12th century, staying there is quite an experience. Nicely decorated, very clean with some communal areas available. The staff is friendly and helpful. The area around is quiet but you need a car to travel around. Parma is only a short drive away. We were very much looking forward to breakfast there but it was quite limited, so we decided to have breakfast elsewhere. We would definitely stay there again!”

"The double room only has one bed and a table. Luggage has to be placed on the floor. The bed frame is unstable and looks like it will fall under the couch. The bathroom is very small. All the facilities do not match the photos. The swimming pool and fitness equipment are not open. There is no food available for the paid buffet breakfast. choose. The two nights' stay was like staying in a refugee camp, and all the restaurants and shops outside the hotel were closed."
