“Excellent service. We arrived very late due to the heavy traffic jam on the highway. The front desk reponded our late check in request promptly. The room is big and clean. The kitchen is well furnished. The hotel is highly recommended.”

“Con amici abbiamo soggiornato qui, l’appartamento è come appare in foto, molto spazioso e pulito! Si compone così: ingresso nel soggiorno con cucina completa di tutto, divano letto, un primo bagno ed un balcone molto carino.. salendo le scale si trova la camera da letto principale con secondo bagno, vasca idromassaggio e sauna. Letti comodissimi, doccia enorme ed anche la sauna facile da usare. Posto auto assegnato davanti all’appartamento, wifi funzionante, posizione strategica circa 15 minuti……

“The Chalet Falorie was a very comfortable suite with views of the Dolomites. Although it was some distance from the center of town it was no problem as a driver was always available to take us into town and to pick us up when we were ready to return. The receptionists were the best, very friendly and ever helpful. As 100% gluten free we are not accustomed to having so many safe options available for breakfast, it was excellent!”

Unfortunately I didn’t understand how far the apartment was from the main resort and I also didn’t know that we wouldn’t be able to find a car/taxi to take us the four kms from the final bus stop. I would have liked for the resort to have recommended that we pre-book a taxi from Balzano as we had a stressful start to our holiday.”

“Our stay was wonderful! The condo was impeccably clean and the setting unmatched- scenery and views that felt like we were looking at a painting. The hosts were very readily accessible and on many occasions provided helpful tips for restaurants, hikes, etc. location was ideal from the standpoint of walkable to town/shops and grocery, and restaurants as well as gondola and local hikes. The only complaint was that it got a bit warm at night without leaving the doors completely open- when we let……
