Staff was helpful, generous and friendly. Accommodated early and late checkout. Took time to serve us a sweet and orient us with a map/list of restaurants. Breakfast was served at table with platters of pastry, meat, cheeses, fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt-very good!! The room was a little run down (we had Junior suite)-but for that it would have been excellent!!

The only problem was that the jacuzzi was booked the entire weekend and we were not able to use it which sucks. After that was the main reason to book the hotel. None of the spa services were available because over booked. They should alert when you make the reservation.

Very clean. In the center of restaurants. Nothing is open on Sundays. The front desk gentleman order pizza for us, delivered to our room. That was very nice! He saved us.

There isn't one aspect that stood out more than another. Everything was exceptional. We felt like family. It's hard to explain how wonderful the hospitality, home cooked meals, beautiful rooms and amazing views made us feel.
