"Fantastic pre-arrival communication from owner Gina, and a warm welcome when eventually reaching this idyllic place. Note that the location-pin shown on Google Maps is not accurate. It appears to show the accommodation to be in an urban area - it's not - it's very remote! So ignore any booking sites that state that there's a bar or shop within 100m - there really isn't! "Spacious, well equipped (kitchen, entertainment TV and wifi, furniture, tabletennis etc), clean house with a good pool. The kids really liked feeding the neighbour horse. Very good place to visit Sevilla, Cadiz, Cordoba, Jerez.Very nice landlord!"

"We were so glad we found Molino del Santo as part of our couple of nights getaway from Marbella.It was a little tricky to find as satnav decided to send us off course towards the end of our journey but once here,we loved the peace and stunning beauty of this family run hotel.All of the staff welcomed us warmly and took the time to get to know us and tell us about the hotel.We enjoyed the late afternoon sun by the lovely swimming pool which is surrounded by beautiful gardens.Our dinner on the flower filled terrace by the running stream was great-good choice of menu and excellent attentive service.Our room was spotlessly clean and we appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities!Breakfast was wonderful-huge choice of items (hot and cold) on the buffet and option to order eggs.We really enjoyed the walk from the hotel along the river to the Cueva del Gato.The only minor issue was the bed which was a bit hard for comfort if you prefer a softer mattress.Otherwise everything was fantastic and we would highly recommend!Many thanks!"

"The host Isabel is a warm, welcoming lady who was very informative about the property and the surrounding area. The very homely villa was excellent and extremely well equipped. Nothing had been forgotten for anyone who stays there. It was clean insude and out, comfortable beds and very spacious throughout. We would highly recommend for anyone to stay here. The hill that the property is sutuated on is very steep and you cannot drive to it directly, thats the only thing in our opinion that might put some people off, but it is ok if you take it slow."

Add to that a MOST welcoming and pleasantly UPBEAT staff, and one knows that THIS, the stay at the Parador de Arcos will never be forgotten. As evening fell: The dogs were Barking, The doves were Flying, The storks were Nesting, and WE... were Resting."

"I booked 3 rooms for 1 night. Sadly one of my tour party i was taking became ill and was not able to travel on the date. Because it was apparent that this would impact on the stay at the hotel i tried for over a month before hand to speak with them, not to cancel the booking, but mearly to change the date and pay any extra. The hotel just "blanked" all my communications and failed to respond to any e mail direct or through Expedia. The end result was they were able to keep the money from yhe original booking. Bad karma, lost any future motorcycle tour bookings from me. "
