The Staff were great. The views were amazing. The pool was clean and refreshing. The breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed the close proximity to a small town that was a 10 minute walk with restaurants. Very enjoyable stay!

Here’s a polished Expedia review you can post: I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. As an American who does not speak Italian fluently, I especially appreciated how well the staff spoke English. Communication was effortless, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views and a great atmosphere. My room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Check-in was quick and seamless, making the arrival experience stress-free. The location is truly elite—close to restaurants, shopping, attractions, and everything you need, making it easy to explore the area without hassle. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant. The views were absolutely incredible, and the drinks were expertly made. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery after a day of sightseeing. The only downside during my stay was that the gym was not open or available. As someone who enjoys working out while traveling, that was disappointing. Having access to a fitness center is always a plus for me, so I would love to see that available in the future. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Between the amazing staff, beautiful property, spotless rooms, prime location, and rooftop dining, I would gladly stay here again.

The family is deeply involved in every aspect of the guest experience and goes above and beyond to make you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed by family in Capri. Everything was outstanding — the beautiful property, the pool, the attentive service, and the concierge team, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Every detail was handled with warmth and care. We would absolutely return and cannot recommend it highly enough.
