“This mountain house was positively delightful. While it was in a pretty remote location, the views were breathtaking. It's located in a quaint tiny village on the Cares trail -- definitely bring provisions with you as the kitchen is perfect for cooking meals (and the food is so good in this area it's hard to make a bad meal). After a long day of hiking, we cozied up next to the fire, and enjoyed the mountain night sky against the craggy peaks of Picos de Europa. Bedrooms were comfortable, and……

“Pros: La casa era estupenda, la tipica vivienda de piedra de la montaña palentina, grande, confortable y con todas las comodidades. El entorno es impresionante. La hospitalidad de las dueñas, extraordinaria.
