Traumurlaub in Bastia
Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung, die schon durch ihren phantastischen Ausblick beeindrucken konnte. Dazu kam, dass die Wohnung modern, großzügig, sauber ist und wir viel Zeit auf der herrlichen Terrasse verbringen konnten. Die Übergabe mit Fatima verlief trotz der Sprachbarriere problemlos und unkompliziert. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen, möchten uns aber bei der Rückkehr nach Korsika dem Süden der Insel widmen. Ein auch Dank der Wohnung rundum gelungener Urlaub liegt hinter uns, der leider viel zu schnell vorbei ging.

Peu mieux faire
Très bel appartement, bien situé, mais l'équipement n'est pas à la hauteur ! En effet le lit ainsi que la literie, la table et les chaises mériteraient d'être de meilleure qualité. Il faudrait faire en sorte également que tout soit opérationnel à l'arrivée des vacanciers. En effet, un bain de soleil était cassé, une partie du frigo ne fonctionnait plus, ainsi que la télécommande d'accès au parking souterrain. Donc pas d'accès au garage privé ! Cela fait beaucoup

Super Wohnung
Habe zwei Wochen zusammen mit meiner Freundin welche an den Rollstuhl gebunden ist hier verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gut Rollstuhlgängig. Alles ist ebenerdig und ohne Schwellen. Im Bad haben wir unseren Vakuum-Griff, den wir immer mit auf Reisen nehmen, angebracht damit war den auch der Umstieg aufs WC kein Problem. In der Dusche ist kein Sitz vorhanden hier haben wir ebenfalls unseren eigenen Campingstuhl verwendet. Der Boden in der Dusche ist extrem glitschig sobald er nass ist. Für den Transfer in den Rollstuhl mussten wir diesen jeweils vorher trocknen, damit nicht die Gefahr bestand das jemand ausrutscht. Das wahren aber die einzigen kleinen Mängel und nur relevant falls jemand an den Rollstuhl gebunden ist. Bei der Übernahme mussten wir unser ganzes französisch zusammen kramen weil die Putzfachkraft welche uns die Wohnung übergeben hatte weder Englisch noch Deutsch konnte. Da die Übergabe/Abgabe unkompliziert und einfach verlief war das kein grosses Hindernis. Obwohl wir typischerweise immer wieder an einem neunen Ort hinreisen, können wir uns sehr gut vorstellen wieder einmal hierher zurückzukehren. Kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel in Wirklichkeit ist es hier noch schöner.

Von der nicht gerade billigen Wohnung haben wir viel erwartet und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Super Aussicht, grosse Zimmer alles modern ausgestattet, eigene Garage, zentrale Lage.

Appartement avec parking très bien localisé, très proche de Bastia tout en étant au calme ,avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le port, très bien agencé et équipé.L'accueil effectué par Mme SATORI a été très agréable. Séjour à recommander et à renouveler sans hésitation!

Région magnifique à la hauteur de sa réputation
Très bel appartement moderne dans un immeuble sécurisé de 2015. Vue imprenable sur la méditerranée et Bastia. Dommage que c'est au locataire précédant de faire le ménage car certains ne sont pas très soigneux...pour le reste confort correcte. Conforme aux photos du site.

Accueil très agréable. Copropriété très bien située, bien tenue, bien habitée, idéale repos. Appartement comme neuf, très spacieux; on s'y sent bien. Calme et vue imprenable. Nombreux éléments de confort au standard du standing, et très propres. Rangements abondants comme rarement. Parking sécurisé en sous-sol nickel et lumineux. Un petit plan d'accès depuis le centre-ville de Bastia, adressé avant le séjour par mail, et une porte pour l'espace douche pourraient être un plus pour les pointillistes. Disposer d'un véhicule est souhaitable pour les grosses courses et découvrir la région. Nous n'avons pas regretté notre argent, et ne bouderons pas notre envie de revenir...

Très bel appartement pourvu d'une vue exceptionnelle : on ne s'en lasse pas ! Proximité commerces et restaurants. Ne pas hésiter à stationner au parking souterrain Géant Casino pour aller flâner dans Bastia (Parking gratuit). A refaire sans modération ... Séjour très agréable.

Location idéale
Magnifique appartement neuf et très calme. La grande terrasse avec sa vue fantastique sur la mer incite à ne pas quitter l'appartement. Le parking en sous-sol est parfait pour retrouver une voiture fraîche par grande chaleur. S'l fallait juste émettre une critique, un lit un peu plus large serait apprécié.

Parfait avec une vue magnifique
Très jolie location. En tout point conforme a la description sur le site. Une vue magnifique du séjour et de la chambre. Le levé soleil est très agréable le matin quand on est dans le lit. Proche de Bastia avec ses 185 restaurants on a de quoi se régaler. Le baccarole sur le vieu port est très bon. Produit frais, certes un peu cher... la propriétaire est très gentil et accueillante. Nous y reviendrons sûrement. Bonne continuation...

Très bel appartement en tout point conforme à la description de l'annonce, dans une résidence de haut standing neuve et sécurisée. Très grande terrasse avec vue sur mer et sur Bastia. Belle cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Wifi. Parking en sous sol. Très calme (la "route" qu'on aperçoit sur les photos dessert les garages). Propriétaire réactif pour les échanges lors de la réservation et très bon accueil sur place. Très bien situé au pied du cap Corse et à 2mn des commerces. Véhicule indispensable (la route du Fort n'est pas bien indiquée).

Appartement avec terrasse sans vis à vis, offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et le port de Bastia. Quel bonheur de prendre son petit déjeuner sur cette terrasse ensoleillée le matin ! L'appartement est neuf, très bien équipé, très propre, confortable, calme, dans une très belle résidence, idéalement située pour découvrir le Cap Corse. Commerces de bouche à proximité. Accueil très sympathique, avec de bons conseils sur le plan touristique. Une adresse à retenir.
