perhaps it is the best hotel in VIÑA due to its location overall I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel it has some details compared to other PULLMAN in the world; but these minimal details do not ruin your stay and can be hotel styles in chile.-

The hotel is near the beach, if you are looking for a place that you can walk to the beach this is it. Don't count on the hotel parking, since it is very limited. This hotel is nice and the breakfast buffet was really nice, but it is really noisy and it is in a crowded area. The hotel staff is really slow, so have a lot of patience.

Good location and very clean,the hotel however does not acknowledge the Platinum VIP access perks so had many issues at check in that took 6hrs to sort out
