We enjoyed having a kitchenette so that when we wanted a little break from the beach, we could quickly go back to our room and have a snack. The staff always ensured that our room was clean and if we needed anything then they were able to assist us (ex. Calling a taxi or printing a voucher). "

"We had a wonderful time staying at the Villa Poseidon, fabulous villa, wonderful location, fantastic views and great communication with Nikos when we had a couple of issues. The pool area was great and cleaned daily, clean linen and towels were available on demand. Plakias village was an about a 5 minute drive and had everything you need with lots of tavernas to try and supermarkets, bakeries and meat market to stock up your supplies. All in all a super place to holiday"

"This villa exceeded our expectations in every level. The location was quiet and serene with sweeping views of the wild Cretan mountains, gorge and sea. The home was spacious, in excellent working order in all regards and had the most comfortable beds Coco Mat. The owners Nick and Vasiliki are great led us with a full course dinner, wine, olive oil and fruit which was completely unexpected but very much appreciated. "This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the hillside far away from the hustle of a town however close enough to go to the beaches and local tavernas. They staff are excellent always welcoming, the rooms were clean and we booked a suite with a private pool this was amazing. We loved the privacy and the fantastic view over the hills. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back again."

"Beautiful, clean and stylish hotel. Wonderful pool areas and great to have the beach and beach sunbeds right in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the dinner buffet was also superb with so much choice and very tasty. I really enjoyed the yoga class and the aqua aerobics. The evening entertainment was great. The hotel is close to lots of good restaurants and is also close to Rethymno Old Town (40 minute walk or €7 taxi) which is beautiful. "

"The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly, helping you with anything you need. Our room was well proportioned, although we could have done with some more storage space for our clothing. We were situated on the ground floor right near the activity pool, which was perfect for us with teens. The staff were helpful before we even got to the hotel by answering questions via Whats App, and booking the onsite restaurants for us. We can highly recommend a trip to the Agreco Farm for dinner, The White (adults only fine dining), and Asia White - although all of the food, including the buffet, was excellent. Our family of four (with two teens) had a very relaxing holiday with the Grecotel LUXME White. Special mention to Sophia on reception and Dora in the spa, and another lady behind the front desk (whose name I can’t remember) who helped us on our departure day and getting some medicine for my husband. Would highly recommend :)"
