“Hot water for tea was a dribble of water that took forever to fill a cup and it was located up high. The security flip over feature on my door was broken. There was a loose floor tile in the bathroom. The iron was missing. Front desk had extra and damaged plexiglass between staff and guests. I had a hard time hearing while checking in. Staff was friendly enough. Building was run down and signage gave impression the hotel area was unsafe.”

“This is the 2nd time we rented Reggies Retreat and it is the perfect set up for our snowmobiling group. There is plenty of space to park trucks and trailers. The snowmobile trail is only a few blocks away and having access to the heated tuckunder garage for gear storage and getting geared up is priceless.
