“Check in was very quick, and the staff at the front desk was very helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. All the necessary utilities were provided including a kettle for your morning coffee. The shower had great water pressure and nice and warm. It felt so good to get out of the shower onto a heated floor. What luxury this was. We went to the restaurant that night, and the selection of food was great. They appeared to specialise in Malaysian food. We tried that, and the spices and flavours……

“洗髮精跟護髮乳有點划水不是很優，護髮乳用完還是會打結，但景真的一流的！！只有一般的冷氣，櫃檯給的感覺普普，隔音不是很好，但隔壁剛好沒人住所以沒影響，早餐也是很棒，直接用點的，但要注意check out 的時間是10點超怪….之後是我們吃完早餐櫃檯提醒我們才發現。 前方很方便停車！”

“No, the room was not spotless. Hair clips and nails should not be in my room. Not sure why the cleaners need to make so much noise screaming at each other in hindu.. quite offensive”

“There was no cupboard space to put my clothes except to hang my coat. I hsd a rucksack, if i had a suitcaseit would have been hard to put it anywhere where it was out of the way. I was a single occupier with two people it would have been difficult to pass each other as the bed took up most of the space ”

“The staff are the biggest assert here, all 4 four front desk people I met were very helpful and friendly. No housekeeping service is different? If you remove that I think a laundry should be provided. I enjoyed my stay and most likely will return.”

“Location is great. Close to beach and 10 mins to Westfield. However room floor is filthy and sticky. Have to make our own bunk beds. Stove is outdated. No heater nor aircon in the room. It was freezing cold at night. The blanket didn’t help much. The staffs are very nice tho. They help where they could”
