Restaurant menu, in room service is great. Food always awesome, unfortunately the rooms are in need of a major update to bring them out of the 1990’s and bring earplugs, walls are paper thin…can here EVERYTHING 😉

This is one of my favourite places to stay in Adelaide if not the favourite. Very relaxing with everything nearby but well away from the Hustle and bustle of the city.

All staff amazing. Food amazing. Beds amazing. The only issue was both bottles of hand/body wash were completely empty. We did ask for one to be refilled or at least some soap but was told there was nothing left in the entire hotel. We had to use shampoo to wash and my granddaughter has broken out in a terrible rash all over her body.

We like the location and the staff are always amazing. However we arrived after 3pm room was not ready. Room got moved to didn't have enough towels for 3 guests, no hand towel, no body wash in shower was left empty. Bathroom not very clean, exhaust fan doesn't work and for what you pay toilet paper that is like sand paper is not good enough. These rooms definitely need up grading bed was not comfy you dip in to eachother. Glass outside to spa hand prints also.

It was a pleasure to stay at Lakes Hotel we had a lovely suite over looking the water. We had complimentary breakfast which the staff accommodated our dietary requirements. Pity our stay was so short
