“The hotel is not bad. At all. But they pretended to rent out a kitchen facility, which was not available. They took the photos of the same day and were full of excuses that I should have picket this up. At the last day of their stay they offered a dinner voucher as compensation to try to make good. The cleaning standard for 6 people using one small toilet/kitchen was poor. There was no daily cleaning. And we were advised later that we should request daily for a clean. For the price we paid this……

“My husband and I booked a superior double room. The room was clean and large with a woody balcony. We enjoyed the atmosphere there. The staffs were all caring and willing to help. They prepared our breakfast for taking out at the date we checked out so that we could catch the ferry in the very early morning. That was very thankful. The hotel is in the walking distance to the port and to the city center. It is extremely convenience to connect with the ferry.”
