The grounds and rooms are perfect and the staff were all so friendly and attentive. They made our family of 4 (2 young kids) feel so welcome. The food was delicious and there were lots of different choices, including the more casual riverside bar/snack hut for afternoon/evening bits. The pool wasn't lovely large but it never felt too small for the number of guests/rooms. Ce n’est pas un service offert par l’hôtel et ça ne vous mène pas directement à l’hôtel. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à un design moderne, le personnel est S-U-P-E-R! Nous avions pris la peine d’écrire à l’Hotel pour leur mentionner quelques détails et ils etaient prêt à notre arrivé! Il y a un ascenseur de bonne dimension. "Stayed one night. In my opinion, this property does not match the level of quality I usually associate with Best Western hotels in the US. The room felt outdated and could have been cleaner. The carpet was quite dirty, and the curtain was partially off the window when we arrived.. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious, there was plenty of street parking nearby, and the reception staff were very kind and welcoming."
