The staff was simply amazing: they prepared breakfast earlier for the runners participating to the trail event, they were flexible on the check-out time. We loved our stay! We highly recommend Vanessa if you stay in Verbier”

“房間寬躺及乾淨！我係即日預訂及入住！錯誤地去咗Mini guesthouse 樓下嘅cafe 辨checkin, 侍應帶我去正確嘅門口及一般情況房門應該有我嘅名及key;可能我係即叫即住，不久民宿主人出現，介紹房間設施及附近景點！並讓我使用洗衣機！房間有咖啡機及capsule 、水煲及茶包、雪櫃、餐具、電視⋯距離火車站10-15分鐘步程”

“Terrible experience. The most unhelpful and most unaccommodating management. Rude. The most basic place for the price of being in the centre of a ski resort like Verbier. No facilities in the rooms. Breakfast was basic. No hot food available. Middle of nowhere. Misrepresented photos of the place. Not a hotel but hostel. Watch the cancellation policy of 30 days! Stay away.”

“Je n’ai jamais fais ça de ma vie entière mais aujourd’hui je le fais ! Si vous comptez y séjourner n’y allez pas ! Les photos ne ressemblent absolument pas à la réalité. Pour preuve je vais en transmettre sur leur site. De plus pas d’eau chaude dans la chambre ! La veille d’un trail c’était horrible ! L’hôtel est bien beau quand tu y arrives et une fois sur place ils choisissent à qui attribuer la plus belle chambre. Dans notre cas c’était vraiment horrible, du côté du vieux bâtiment. Très……

“Wir hatten eine tolle Auszeit von drei Nächten in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist top, Parkiermöglichkeiten gut, die Zimmerausstattung tip top. Wir haben auch zweimal im Hotel gegessen. Sehr gut! Super Essen und Nette Kellner. Die Informationen beim Check In waren sehr spärlich, mussten uns mehrfach erkundigen bezüglich Parkieren und dann nochmals hin wegen dem code etc. Personal konnte nur wenig Deutsch am Front Desk. Auch auf Französischen wurde nur kurz und knap kommuniziert. Der Spabereich hat……
