Communication was impressive! We were checking in late and they sent a very specific email stating how that should be done. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning was extensive and delicious. The staff all were very nice, helpful and professional!

The property close to the airport was a great advantage.The following day a shuttle provided by the hotel picked us up and took us to the airport. Excellent service overall.

Great location in Angera for this 3 star hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming and it felt like a family-run establishment. It was a little rough around the edges in places (e.g. minibar fridges could do with a good clean), but overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Angera!

We chose to stay at the Holiday Inn because it offered transportation to and from the airport. The stay was fine. Felt like an American hotel and that’s OK. Dinner was very good at the hotel. However, when we arrived, you had to call for the shuttle bus. We called but we’re not connected. We used WhatsApp. Anyway, we started walking to the hotel from the airport; mistake. We should’ve taken a taxi. It was 90. Luckily, an Italian stopped us and showed us where to catch a free bus. The bus took us to a location near the hotel. To say the least, we were dripping when we arrived. We did receive two free drink tickets. the hotel does have regular shuttles during other times, so if you stay here, make sure you plan to either take a taxi if you arrive when you have to call for a shuttle and can’t reach them.

Good if you’ve got a car. No footpaths in the area and public transport into Milan via bus and train takes an hour and a quarter. A bit of a pest to access restaurants especially if it’s raining.
