- free parking outside hotel -> good for those travel by car! - nice breakfast included (although the breakfast area is a bit small) - a big and cosy flat -> very comfortable for big family with clean and big bathroom, quiet as it is in residential area, with a balcony view of the buildings nearby - the open kitchen is a bit small but still okay if only one person is cooking at the place - since it is in residential area so a bit far from city center (might be inconvenient for those travelling by public transport) - we have 5 ppl in total but only 2 Wifi codes are available for each room (luckily we got data for mobiles so only for the laptops) - will be appreciated if there are cleaning cloths for the kitchen - lighting for the open kitchen is too weak, we need to use usb lights for support ​

The room was clean. The location was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was a nice variety. All in all a nice place to stay for a few days.

The staff is friendly and professional. Most of them do speak three languages: French, English, and German. My room is clean and functional. The hotel is not far from downtown. You can take "Tram B," which station, Futura Glacière, is just in front of the hotel. If you don't want to spend 12 euro breakfast in the hotel, there are a MacDonald and a coffee shop near the hotel. There is also a supermarket which locates 30-second walk distance. The only inconvenience is that you need to take 15 minutes walk to find a self-laundry store.

I loved this boutique hotel. The staff were present 24 hr per day and were very helpful. They made excellent restaurant recommendations - one is right across the street. The location is ideal - both near the train station and major sights of Strasbourg.
