"Lovely villa in a little village, where you can hear the goats and chickens. The villa was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The owners live right next door and always on hand if we needed them , which we did a couple of times. Great location for exploring istra ."

"Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd, martina had gezorgd voor een volle koelkast met lekkere dingen. Het huisje ligt vol met schoonmaakmiddelen, wasmiddel, wc&keuken papier, voldoende handdoeken. Uitzicht is echt prachtig. Het zwembad wordt 1keer in de week schoongemaakt . Communicatie gaat via whatsapp ideaal. Wij hebben genoten van de plek."

"Eine schöne große Wohnung in ruhiger, abgeschiedener Gegend, mit dem Auto kein Problem. Alles war absolut sauber. Highlight ist der liebevoll angelegte Aussenbereich mit dem herrlichen Pool. Das Grundstück ist uneinsehbar, man hat dort völlig seine Ruhe. Das Auto steht geschützt im abgeschlossenen Hof mit elektrischem Tor, sehr angenehm. Vermieter wohnen direkt über der Ferienwohnung, sie sind immer erreichbar, super freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"The villa was very comfortable and modern. It’s location was perfect, close enough to the towns to make it easy to explore but far enough out to be quiet and relaxing. Ivan was very helpful through our stay and was always on hand should we need anything. Would highly recommend this villa and would love to stay here again."

"The house is absolutely gorgeous, and perfect for a family holiday. The pool is great to return to each day after a trip out to the various coves and towns that are well worth visiting. "A homely, traditional house with outside space set in a quiet rural position. The house was very clean and the welcome from the owners warm and friendly and they were very willing to provide lovely meals if required. A good base for visiting the Istrian resorts but not an easy walking access to the nearest beach."

"Wir haben Anfang September 2023 zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus haben wir genauso vorgefunden, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben wird. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin und ihrer Familie herzlich empfangen und mit kleinen Geschenken (Kekse, Olivenöl) begrüßt. Immer stand uns jemand für Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und hat alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Besonders haben wir den Pool genossen, welcher konstant und durchgehend beheizt...

"Einfach toll! Wir wurden empfangen, als ob man bei den Eltern von Freunden übernachtet. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Der absolute Wahnsinn war der Boatstrip mit Patrick (Sohn). Ein Erlebnis, was keiner von uns mehr vergisst, sogar mit Angeln von Calamari. Danke!!!"

"Ein echt an Perfektion grenzender Urlaub in einem TOP-Haus. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Josip, der Besitzer, war immer erreichbar, was aber nicht nötig war, da alles vorhanden war und nix zu beanstanden war. Die Bilder in der Anzeige sprechen für sich und sind auch genau so anzutreffen! Das Haus ist ein über 150 Jahre altes Bauernhaus, welches innen und außen mit viel Liebe und Geschick sehr schön restauriert und eingerichtet ist! Kurzum, nur zu empfehlen!!!"

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem neues Haus. Wer eine ruhige Umgebung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß genug, um sich abzukühlen. Als einmal das Wasser trüb wurde, konnten uns die Eigentümer helfen, die zufällig in der Nähe waren. Das Internet ist OK für geringe Nutzung, da es sich um einen mobilen Router mit SIM Karte (A1) handelt. Bei gleichzeitiger Nutzung mehrere Geräte und Streaming wird es sehr langsam (wir waren zu dritt). Die Klimaanlagen...
