GENERAL DESCRIPTION<br><br>The "Beach Penthouse" is spacious and covers the entire floor including a private elevator, on one of the favorite beaches, Belle Mare Plage, 1 hour from the airport.<br>The "Beach Penthouse" is part of the Aurore complex, with a sleek and modern design set in a tropical garden with a communal swimming pool, a private terrace, offering stunning views of the sea and the lagoon of the coast.<br>The immediate neighbors are the Long Beach Hotel and the Solana Beach Hotel, with good restaurants.<br><br>The "Beach Penthouse" offers long walks on our white sandy beach, crystal clear water, swimming pool and sun loungers. In addition, the service of a maid is included.<br><br>Water sports including diving, underwater walking, parasailing, kitesurfing, tubing, as well as a selection of restaurants can be found next to the resort. Not to mention the Water Park just 5 minutes away.<br><br>THE PENTHOUSE<br><br>The same interior designer of the largest hotels in Mauritius, designed the interior of the "Beach Penthouse". The kitchen is Italian-made, plus 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 single beds, cot and high chair, 2 bathrooms. <br>2 bedrooms as well as the dining room and living room have sea views, as you can see in the photos and all have air conditioning, including the living/dining room. 2 private parking spaces are allocated to the penthouse.<br><br>The apartment complex was developed on a 6,000 square meter plot in 2009 with a 60-meter beachfront. The owners have managed to develop a six-star property. Most of the new owners are relatives and close friends.<br>It is an area of 320 square meters, 200 square meters of living space, and 120 square meters of open terrace.<br><br>Living Space: Large open plan living room, dining area and kitchen with beautiful ocean views. The dining table seats 10 people; there is another table and chairs on the terrace. The living room has a smart TV with local channels and Canal Sat, YouTube and Netflix channels. For late arrivals, we organize your first dinner at an additional cost if booked at least 4 days before.<br>The housekeeper works 3 hours, 5 x a week.
