“Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Personal empfangen. Trotz der Sprachschwierigkeiten, die wir hatten, hat man uns doch alles sehr gut erklären können. Die Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür. “Foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel, em setembro 2019 e agora em setembro de 2025\. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Todos as funcionárias muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Café da manhã é muito bom. O quarto é bem arejado e a limpeza é impecável, feita diariamente, inclusive aos domingos. Tem a melhor localização de Jablonec nad Nisou, fica perto de tudo. “Hotel occupé qu'une nuit. Que dire ? Les espaces sportifs semblent geniaux (non testé). Le restaurant est tres bons, le service au top, le petit dejeuner est en buffet, varié et régulièrement réapprovisionné. Les chambres sont propres, sans vis-à-vis, bien insonorisées. La literie est bonne, la salle de bain avec douche de belle taille. Un joli parc fait face à la salle du petit dejeuner (avec des cervidés)”
