Rough start , I was given a twin room when I arrive instead of double room . I was put to an extension building outside the hotel . Next day I spoke to the Asian lady ( general manager) the most unhelpful manager I’ve meet . Never listen to me and she needed a customer service training - smile atleast and listen .
Nice hotel but manager is a let down .

Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

- nice helpful staff

- good shower
- family room has 4 single beds = perfect
Considerations
- No air-conditioning - be aware as in summer gets warm.
- provided with fans however and can open windows
- no lift BUT the staff helped carry our luggage up and down
