The room was so dirty and had not been cleaned. My associate could not stay there. He went back to the front desk. They told him he did not have a reservation so he could go ahead a leave. I know he had a reservation so I want a full refund on the room I booked and paid for. Please let me know your response.

Our room was wide open to the world when we arrived, door and window. The smell was overwhelming from chemicals. There was fuzzy mold growing on most of the walls. Several unsavory looking people outside. Overall not a great experience on what was once a nice hotel.

Room was clean but rough around the edges.. Gentlemen at desk was nice but it seems like he does all the jobs in the hotel by himself. Also, I booked a kitchenette but at check in “none were available”, not sure if hotels fault or Expedia.

This property is not that old, I've stayed there several times but the property has not been taken care of properly. It's dirty , they management needs to change.
